Developed by Gina Buber, an Australian professional ballroom and latin dancer/instructor for over 20 years, the Smile and Sway DVD has 13 easy to follow choreographed routines to rhythms of Foxtrot, Cha Cha Cha, Tango and more. The 45 minute program allows seniors to burn calories, feel energised and have a big smile on their face.
